(“service”), are owned, operated and maintained by Emsen Designs JSC (“www.radinasway.com”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and are provided solely
to you for personal and non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Scope of offered services
Through this website we (Emsen Designs JSC) provide an online platform through which website visitors can make a reservation.
By making a reservation through www.radinasway.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship (legally bound) with the accommodation in which
make a reservation (Hotel Radina’s Way, Borovets). From the moment the booking is made we forward your accommodation booking details and send you a confirmation email.

Our services are available for personal and non-commercial use. For this reason, you are not allowed to resell, create deep-links
(“deep linking” – placing links to subpages of the site, not only to its front page), to copy, monitor
(e.g. using spying or information tracking programs, so-called spiders and scrapes), post, download or reproduce
any information, text, software, products or services offered and available on our website for any commercial or competitive
actions or goals.

2. Confidentiality
www.radinasway.com respects your privacy. Please read our privacy and data protection statement for more information.

3. Free
Our service is free, we do not apply fees to our services and do not add any additional (booking) fees to the prices of
the rooms offered.

4. Payments
Where applicable, directly at the accommodation during the booking process, in the form of encrypted online
payment (via the PayPal system) or by credit/debit. The specified amount is transferred directly from your credit/debit card by the system
to PayPal or from your bank account in favour of the accommodation.

In the event of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies assume the risk
and cover any payments resulting from such fraud or abuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible.

In order to compensate you, please report this abuse to the company that issued your card (in accordance with
with relevant rules and procedures) and contact us immediately via email (office@radinasway.com). Please specify ‘credit card fraud’
(credit card fraud) in the “About” field of your email and provide proof that a deduction has been made (eg company terms and conditions,
issued the credit card).

5. Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of your indicated arrival at the hotel. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance
the date of the reservation is charged once with 100% of the amount for the first night. In case of non-appearance of the client, the hotel reserves the right to
charge a one-time 100% of the amount for the first night of the specified period and rent the room for use by other guests. Late payment, wrong bank
information, incorrect debit or credit card details, invalid credit or debit card or insufficient funds on them are your responsibility and
at your expense.

6. Additional Correspondence
By making and completing a booking, you agree to receive an email which we will endeavour to send shortly before your check-in date.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The software required to perform our services or available for use on our website and intellectual property rights
(including copyright) of the content and information or material on our website are owned by Emsen Designs JSC, unless
otherwise specified.

www.radinasway.com owns all rights to the content (including all intellectual property rights to the interface (including the infrastructure) of
the website on which the service is provided and you have no right to copy, (hyper-/deep) forward, publish, promote, sell,
integrate and exploit in any way the content or our brand without our express written permission.

8. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian law and all disputes,
arising from these general terms and conditions and our services, should refer only and exclusively to the competent courts in the country.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is (or becomes) invalid, unenforceable or unenforceable, you shall remain bound by
all other clauses. In such event, the invalid clause shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and You shall
